Context
Standard tools within WIKIs are limited in their ability to define complex user flows in a clear manner. Specifically, this was causing a significant amount of confusion and impediments between engineering, product management, and marketing teams.

Contributions
In order fix this blocker, I used a proper design tool, (Illustrator), to create a reorganized flow diagram that clarified the details of interactions and their related dependencies. This revised diagram was instrumental in getting the project back on track, and allowed engineering to proceed without further impediments.
