Ingenio is an e-commerce based knowledge exchange platform. Their most profitable advice website is Keen, which provides a platform for psychic and spiritual advice. It was first launched in 1999 and has enabled over 30 million global conversations via phone, chat, and web.

As the Design Lead, one of my projects was to create an atomic design based online style guide, which covered details such as highly flexible modular grid systems, scaling typographic systems across size, weight, and color, and a comprehensive set of components across atom, molecule, and organism levels. The platform used to create this was Frontify, which enabled a Keen website API to be imported directly into the guideline, thereby making it dynamically reflect all code changes.
