Franklin Templeton Investments: Service Design Process Flows

Context
As Manager of Digital Design, it was my charter to define the design processes for my team, as it integrates its efforts across the broader Global Web Digital Marketing team. This task was broken down into three major segments: 1) defining the sources from which projects are created; 2) identifying and refining broader team design project service flows, with the objective of enhancing team productivity; and 3) building a comprehensive logistical system of tracking and optimizing project development data, across various touch points.
Contributions
I conducted user research via extensive interviews with my design team as well as numerous other team members and fellow managers across global regions. Through collaboration and coordination, I integrated the needs of other teams in pulling together an end-to-end project tracking system, backed by various data points.
